Customer Service Officer

Salary:₦180,000 Monthly

The Customer Service Officer will act as the first point of contact for customers; she is a salesperson, ensuring excellent service delivery by handling inquiries, processing requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Process orders, refunds, and returns in line with company policy.
  • Maintain updated customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
  • Ensure customer follow-up and feedback collection.
  • Establish sales and indoor marketing with customer insights.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service, sales, or marketing role.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals consistently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong product presentation and client engagement skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, email etiquette, and digital sales tools.
  • Strong collaboration mindset with internal teams.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable under pressure
