Customer Service Officer
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer, located in Lagos.
- The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolving issues related to our healthtech platform; and providing empathetic support to users navigating AI diagnostics, telemedicine, and payment services.
- This role also includes maintaining accurate customer records, escalating complex cases to clinical teams, and contributing to service improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional user experiences and smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Proficiency in handling customer interactions and basic administrative support
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes (advantageous)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, MS Office Suite, and chat tools
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a call center environment is a plus
- Experience in a healthcare or tech startup setting is highly advantageous
