Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers.
  • You’ll help guide them through product inquiries and ensure every interaction leaves them feeling confident and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and inquiries
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and social media messages promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Process sales transactions and issue receipts
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk or customer service area
  • Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Call and follow up on prospective customers

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/BSC
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, POS systems)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
