Customer Service Officer
Job Summary
- We’re seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers.
- You’ll help guide them through product inquiries and ensure every interaction leaves them feeling confident and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and inquiries
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and social media messages promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process sales transactions and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk or customer service area
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
- Call and follow up on prospective customers
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSC
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, POS systems)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
