Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with product information, order tracking, returns, and general support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about our products, promotions, and the latest in trends.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
  • 2 – 4 years previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for sports and excellent knowledge of major sports and events.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
