Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors warmly, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
  • Register patients accurately and manage patient records in line with medical and administrative protocols.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical departments as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling patient information.
  • Support billing and payment processes in collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • HND/BSC in Health Information Management or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Good knowledge of patient data management and hospital information systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tools.
  • High level of discretion, empathy, and attention to detail.
