Job description: Job Description:Our ClientOur client, a logistics company, seeks to employ a Customer Service Manager.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in project coordination for property development initiatives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Manage office operations, including document filing and vendor coordination.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • ⁠Administrative skills.
  • Adequate business development knowledge.
  • ⁠Presentation skills.
  • ⁠Knowledge of Form M.
  • ⁠Must be computer savvy.
  • ⁠Analytical skills.
  • ⁠Adequate procurement knowledge.
  • ⁠8-10 years’ experience in Customer Service roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
