Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) with prior experience in microfinance. This is a target-based role focused on acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and onboard new customers within Ojodu and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Educate clients on loan products and financial literacy
- Ensure timely loan disbursement and repayment follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and performance targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic reports
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and support
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Finance, Business Admin, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-year experience as a Loan Officer or Account Officer in a Microfinance Institution (MFI)
- Proven ability to meet performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Ojodu, Ogba, Agege, Ikeja and nearby communities is a strong advantage
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven
