Customer Relationship Executive (BPE)

Location:Magodo Phase 2, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet enrolment targets for the assigned qualifications.
  • Ensure that lecture events are well prepared for and run smoothly.
  • Promptly respond to students’ complaints and enquiries professionally, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with the students while representing and communicating the Simon Page brand values.
  • Consistently improve students’ learning experience by providing adequate support and close follow-up/show of interest in their study progression.
  • Ensure seamless continuity of students’ study within programs and cross-selling other programs to them.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs within the Simon Page portfolio.
  • Contribute to and participate in team bonding activities.
  • Support the fostering of a conducive working environment and improved productivity.
  • Research and keep updated on the needs of the customers/students as well as the competition.
  • Engage in personal development activities and participate in weekly in-house training.
  • Undertake administrative tasks and any other task assigned by your manager.
