• We are seeking Customer Relations Officers to join our Abuja team. This role is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals passionate about customer service, relationship management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up with sales teams on credit agreements and collections.
• Maintain accurate KYC and customer account records.
• Monitor credit usage and escalate non-compliant accounts.
• Conduct outbound calls to obtain customer feedback.
• Map customers to designated cost centers.
• Support operational and accounting functions related to customer accounts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: HND/B.Sc. in any discipline (B.Agric is a plus)
• Experience: 2–3 years in customer relations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Confidence in handling technical questions and engaging with farmers.
