Customer Experience Executive
- Welcoming customers politely and finding out what a customer wants.
- To interact with customers politely by giving information about products, services, and policies
- Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers at all times.
- To ensure that the shelves and showroom are kept clean and well-organized.
- CEEs must stand while attending to customers. Sitting down while assisting customers is not permitted.
- Items picked from the shelves must be returned to the appropriate shelf it was taken.
- Welcome potential customers by recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they benefit them personally.
- Creating an invoice record for customers before directing them to the cashiers for payment.
- Listening to customer complaints and solving the problems that are within their ability.
- Directing customers’ complaints that are beyond their ability to the branch supervisor
- Always being on alert to ensure no customer is left unattended.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support.
- Handle the responsibilities outlined in the customer service job description
- Exhibit the skills and qualities expected in a customer service representative position
