Job description: Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Attend to product sales and provide expert product recommendations to clients.Manage communication with suppliers and coordinate with warehouse and production staff.Schedule client appointments for Skingenic Pro Esthetic, Laser & Wellness Clinic.Serve as a liaison between the retail store and the clinic.Communicate with clients on available products, treatments, and services.Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels professionally and promptly.Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, and customer feedback.Support general administrative and official duties as needed.Requirements:Must be a graduate with at least a basic education qualification.Very computer literate – comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and sales software.Strong written and spoken English skills.Must be teachable, willing to learn, and adapt quickly.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Must live in close proximity to Ikeja, Lagos.Work Schedule:(Retail and clinic hours)We’re excited to meet someone passionate about skincare, sales, and top-notch client service.
