Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Managers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate data insights that improve decision-making across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR-related data to support recruitment, performance, and workforce planning.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and data summaries for management review.
  • Coordinate HR and recruitment meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and update HR information systems, employee databases, and recruitment trackers.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as hiring timelines, employee headcount, retention trends, and training records.
  • Support process automation and ensure data accuracy across all HR tools and platforms.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and HR documentation.
  • Provide technical support for HR systems and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS, preferably within HR or a related administrative function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS, ATS tools, spreadsheets, and reporting software.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
