Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of factory expenses, production costs, and inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly factory financial reports.
• Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Reconcile production and consumption records with store and production teams.
• Track and report variances between standard and actual production costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for factory operations.
• Work closely with the production, store, and procurement teams for financial accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a factory or cost accountant in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
