Corporate Services Intern (NYSC)
Job Summary:
The Black Pelican Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NYSC Corper (Batch B Stream B) to join our Corporate Services Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across key functions, contributing to the efficient coordination of internal processes and the overall effectiveness of the department.
Location: Gaduwa, Ado – Abuja
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the Corporate Services Department.
- Assist in documentation, record management, and filing of company correspondence and reports.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and company events.
- Support procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in facility management and ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare and compile reports as requested by the supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Currently serving as an NYSC Corper (Batch B Stream B) deployed to Abuja.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
