Corporate Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new corporate dients in target industries (banking, oil & gas manufacturing, telecoms, etc)
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision makers in client organizations.
  • Ensure timely renewal Of corporate accounts and upselling of additional insurance products

Sales Operations & Negotiations

  • Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and questions to clients
  • Nlegotiate contract terrns and dose profitable deals in line with company policy.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and daims teams to ensure smooth policy onboarding and servicing.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure all sales processes comply with NAICOM regulations and company guidelines.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to Branch Head.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences and client meetings.
  • Promote the companys brand image and value proposition in the corporate market

Qualifications (Educational & Professional):

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or a related field (minimum of second class lower)
  • CLIN or any related professional certification will give an added advantage.

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in corporate sales preferably in the insurance of financial services industry
  • Proven track record Of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth Knowledge Of Life insurance products
  • Strong network within Nigeria’s corporate sector is an advantage.
