Corporate Sales Manager
Salary: 400,000 – 500,000
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to complete sales targets and drive primary sales for tiles and other building materials.
- Leverage excellent exposure to and relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria to secure new institutional business.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Nigerian building market products and key industry stakeholders.
- Attend industry trade shows and proactively visit project sites to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Manage planning, reporting, and coordination activities seamlessly with the internal sales team.
- Develop accurate sales reports and forecasting models based on collected market data.
- Effectively understand and communicate complex product details and value propositions to high-level clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification of a Graduate Degree or HND.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales within the construction or building materials industry.
- Mandatory experience and strong knowledge of the Tiles and Building Materials sector.
- Exceptional Negotiation & Persuasion skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office for sales reporting and documentation.
