Corporate Hospitality Sales Manager

Pearls End Apartments, a luxurious short-let apartment & co-working space on Victoria Island, Lagos, seeks an experienced Corporate Hospitality Sales Manager Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. 14 fully furnished apartments and 10 desk co-working spaces.

You are expected to identify, approach, and secure corporate clients for short-term and extended stays in serviced apartments or short-term rentals. This role focuses specifically on business-to-business (B2B) sales, aiming to maintain high occupancy rates and maximize profit from corporate travel and relocation needs. 

The primary goal is to drive corporate bookings and manage client relationships within the short-let & co-working segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Generate new leads and build relationships with corporate travel desks, relocation companies, and HR/Procurement managers of large corporations.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals, promoting various stay packages (short and long-term).
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate and close corporate contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the property owner.
  • Account Management: Maintain effective relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer retention rates.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate advertising and marketing efforts to promote the serviced apartments to potential corporate clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Market Analysis: Track competitor performance and market trends to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and service consistency for corporate clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in hospitality sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong network and relationships in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Compensation: 

  • Monthly Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 Net
  • Commission: 2.5% on sales

Expected occupancy rate 
 70% plus
