Job description: Job Description:Our ClientOur client, a property development company, seeks to employ a Corporate Finance Manager.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead debt and equity financing initiatives, including bank loans, bond issuances, and private placements.
- Develop financial models to evaluate funding options (e.g., mezzanine financing, REITs, joint ventures).
- Negotiate terms with lenders, investors, and financial institutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, NPV/IRR analyses, and risk assessments for new projects/acquisitions.
- Advise on M&A opportunities, divestment, and portfolio optimization.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare board-level reports on financial performance, liquidity, and capital structure.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain relationships with shareholders, banks, and institutional investors.
- Present financial strategies and project updates to senior leadership and external partners.
- Assess financial risks (interest rate, currency, market volatility) and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Implement robust internal controls and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
- 7+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance, with a proven track record in fundraising and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial software (e.g., Argus, Bloomberg), and ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of real estate cycles, property valuation, and development finance.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
