About the Role
- Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is seeking an experienced Corporate Cook who is hands-on with cooking and capable of coordinating other cooks to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and strong culinary skills to deliver high-quality meals consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a wide variety of meals to company standards.
- Supervise, coordinate, and mentor other cooks and kitchen assistants.
- Plan menus in line with nutritional needs, seasonal availability, and budget.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate supply needs.
- Maintain efficiency and orderliness in the kitchen environment.
Requirements
- HND in Catering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on cooking experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering high-quality results.
