Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel expectations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support the Chef and kitchen team in daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting
- Good communication and time management skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
