Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes as per the hotel’s menu.
- Assist in planning daily menus and determining appropriate food portions.
- Ensure all food is hygienically prepared and attractively presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report needs for fresh ingredients or supplies.
- Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Help manage food waste and contribute to cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Provide support to the kitchen team during peak hours and special events.
