Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu and standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and equipment.
- Ensure food is fresh, well-presented and timely served.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Comply with food safety and handling rules.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cook / Chef (restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage).
- Ability to prepare a variety of meals (local & continental preferred).
- Good time management and multitasking ability.
- Must be neat, organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
