Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu and standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and equipment.
• Ensure food is fresh, well-presented and timely served.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Comply with food safety and handling rules.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cook / Chef (restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage).
• Ability to prepare a variety of meals (local & continental preferred).
• Good time management and multitasking ability.
• Must be neat, organized and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
