If you’re obsessed with content strategy, SEO, analytics, and growing traffic and revenue, we’d love to meet you!What You’ll Do:As our Content & Growth Manager, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role across our portfolio of niche websites. You will be responsible for growing our platforms through content planning, audience development, SEO, and data-driven experimentation.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies tailored to each site’s niche and audience.
• Manage and coordinate a small team of writers, editors, and freelancers.
• Oversee editorial calendars and ensure consistent publishing across platforms.
• Optimize existing content for SEO, readability, and user engagement.
• Analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, content gaps, partnerships, and trends.
• Collaborate with the tech team to implement SEO and UX improvements.
• Work closely with the founder to prioritize high-impact content and marketing initiatives.
• Stay on top of digital trends across Africa and North America that can inform content direction and growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, or digital growth roles.
• Experience managing or scaling content-driven websites or online communities.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
• Comfortable working with CMS platforms (primarily WordPress).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Deep cultural awareness of either African or North American media landscapes — ideally both.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on entertainment, business, or career-related content.
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO or niche site building.
• Skills in email marketing, social media growth, or monetization (AdSense, affiliate, etc.).
• A network of content creators, writers, or collaborators across regions.
