Business Manager Real Estate Construction – The business manager will be responsible for strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial management to ensure the company achieves its goals. This includes developing and implementing business plans, managing resources, and monitoring project progress while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Implementation:
- Develops and implements business plans, identifies new business opportunities, and adapts strategies based on market analysis and company performance.
Operational Management:
- Oversees daily operations, manages resources, coordinates activities between departments, and ensures efficient workflows.
Financial Management:
- Manages budgets, tracks expenses, monitors project costs, and ensures financial viability.
Business Development:
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds relationships with clients and partners, and fosters repeat business.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, and mitigates potential risks.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Tracks and analyzes business metrics, prepares reports for senior management, and identifies areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Provides guidance and support to teams, sets project deadlines, and conducts performance evaluations.
Relationship Management:
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Project Management Support:
Collaborates with project teams, ensures on-time and on-budget project delivery, and provides support for bid-writing and proposal development.
Market Analysis:
- Monitors market trends, identifies competitive activity, and assesses potential risks and opportunities.

Qualification & Experience
