Role Description

• We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commission Sales Associate to join our team.
• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ibadan.
• The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, promoting our estates, assisting clients with property purchases, and achieving sales targets.
• The role will involve building relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining knowledge of Adron Homes’ product offerings.

• Proficiency in market research and an understanding of real estate trends

• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum of a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
