Summary
- We are looking for a high performing commercial & business development lead to join our founding leadership team.
- This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing commercial opportunities accross our upstream and downstream operations.
- This includes securing strategic partnerships,government licenses and building a robust customer and supplier network.
- This roles combines martket stategy, deal making , relationship management , and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5 – 8 years experience in commercial/business development roles in the oil & gas sector (experience in both upstream and downstream is a strong advantage).
- Proven track record of closing high-value commercial deals (offtake, supply contracts, etc.).
- Strong understanding of licensing processes, crude/product pricing, supply chain dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
