- Register patients and manage appointments (physical and digital)
- Handle inquiries, phone calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain basic financial records
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate daily clinic activities and support healthcare staff
- Monitor inventory and liaise with vendors for supplies
- Prepare basic reports (attendance, patient volume, expenses)
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality standards
