Client Service Representative Intern
About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Relationship Intern to support our customer-facing operations.
- In this role, you’ll assist in managing client inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a consistently positive client experience.
- You’ll work alongside experienced client service professionals, supporting them with documentation, follow-ups, and resolving minor issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling and responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support client service representatives with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Help maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
- Learn and apply basic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) principles.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0–1 year of experience (entry-level; internship experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
