Address and resolve client concerns professionally.6. Implement client service strategies to enhance the overall experience.6. Train and mentor junior client service representatives.Requirements1. Minimum of two years of experience in client service, preferably in events or hospitality.2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.4. Proficiency in CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.5.
