Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to patients/clients with warmth and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
