Client Service & Administrative Officer

Job Summary

  • The Client Service & Admin Officer acts as the main link between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient operations, and strong client relationships.
  • The role also oversees administrative processes, procurement, and reporting to support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, onboarding, and satisfaction to ensure service quality and retention.
  • Handle client communications, proposals, service agreements, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee janitor deployment, site inspections, fumigation, and cleaning operations.
  • Coordinate procurement of consumables, vendor management, and stock control.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure accurate invoicing, payroll, and budget tracking.
  • Prepare and submit timely operational and client service reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
  • 4–6years’ experience in client service, administration, or operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with facility operations.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
