Client Service & Administrative Officer
Job Summary
- The Client Service & Admin Officer acts as the main link between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient operations, and strong client relationships.
- The role also oversees administrative processes, procurement, and reporting to support overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, onboarding, and satisfaction to ensure service quality and retention.
- Handle client communications, proposals, service agreements, and issue resolution.
- Oversee janitor deployment, site inspections, fumigation, and cleaning operations.
- Coordinate procurement of consumables, vendor management, and stock control.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure accurate invoicing, payroll, and budget tracking.
- Prepare and submit timely operational and client service reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
- 4–6years’ experience in client service, administration, or operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with facility operations.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
