About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Client Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with clients across Kano State and the broader Northern Region.
  • This strategic role combines account management, client relationship leadership, and revenue growth.
  • You will serve as the key liaison between the company and our legal and corporate clients, oversee key accounts, and ensure the region meets its revenue targets.
  • The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and skilled at balancing relationship management with revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Follow up on client renewals, payments, and subscription cycles to drive revenue growth
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts in your region
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to users
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, support, product) to address client feedback and issues
  • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Track and report on account performance, revenue metrics, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of account management experience, preferably in legal tech, SaaS, or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Previous experience in client relationship management, customer success, or B2B account management
  • Familiarity with legal industry practices or SaaS products is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Must be a resident in or have strong familiarity with Kano State and the Northern Region
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong business acumen and revenue-driven mindset
