Job Summary

The Project Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of mechanical construction projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project mobilization, scheduling, and execution for mechanical construction projects (HVAC, piping, fabrication, installation, commissioning).
• Develop and monitor project work plans, manpower schedules, equipment deployment, and logistics.
• Coordinate engineering drawings, material procurement, and site activities.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Optimize productivity, cost efficiency, and workflow across multiple project sites.
• Resolve operational issues, technical challenges, and site conflicts.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, company HSE policies, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all works meet quality standards, engineering specifications, and client requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports covering progress, cost, risks, and manpower.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional certification (COREN, NSE, PMP, NEBOSH) is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–12 years experience in mechanical construction/project operations.
• Strong background in site execution, project management, and operations leadership.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP system
