About the Role
- As COO, you will lead the full operational engine of the business, working closely with the founders and board to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient internal processes.
- You will manage technicians, retail partners, customer claims, logistics, and daily performance across all operational units. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact from the ground up!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day operations, customer service, repair coordination, and field activities.
- Build and manage the operations team (claims, support, vendor management, logistics).
- Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and performance standards.
- Oversee technician onboarding, training, and quality control.
- Drive partnerships with repair centers and retail outlets.
- Monitor KPIs — turnaround time, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, legal requirements, and contracts.
- Work closely with the founders on business strategy and expansion.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field).
- 7+ years of experience in operations management (preferably in tech, telco, fintech, retail, insurance, logistics or services).
- Demonstrated success running a high-performance operations team.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in technology tools and customer support systems.
