Job Summary
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring efficient back-office operations while fostering innovation and growth in the company’s market positioning, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable practices. The COO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to strengthen the company’s market position, enhance operational effectiveness, and deliver long-term value to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate degree (preferably MBA).
- At least 15 years cognate experience, preferably in financial services, with at least 10 years in management/ leadership capacities. Experience within the mortgage banking ecosystem will be preferred.
- Demonstrated success in operational management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications in Project Management, Finance, Information Technology etc. will be an added advantage.
