Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Lagos. The CFO will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and compliance. Responsibilities also include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring effective financial reporting, developing financial strategies, and forecasting to guide organizational decision-making. The CFO will collaborate with the executive team to drive fiscal accountability and sustainable growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Advanced knowledge of Financial Reporting principles and practices
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess data and inform strategic decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is preferred
• Extensive experience in financial leadership and management, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
