• The CFIO will serve as both the financial steward and investment architect of the Group, providing strategic leadership across capital markets, investment product development, governance, risk, and enterprise value creation.
• This role is positioned on a clear succession path to become the pioneer Managing Director of the investment subsidiary and ultimately the Group CEO.
• The ideal candidate is a high-caliber finance and investment executive with a proven ability to design and scale sophisticated capital ecosystems.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification: CFA, ACCA, or ICAN (CFA strongly preferred).
• 15+ years’ senior leadership experience in finance, investment, capital markets, or real estate development.
• Demonstrated success raising N5bn+ capital or equivalent for large-scale projects.
• Strong track record in structuring investment products, JV deals, and development financing.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation, capital markets, and investment structuring expertise.
• Board-level exposure and experience presenting to Finance, Audit, and Investment Committees.
