Job Summary

• The Cleaner/Warehouse Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting warehouse operations. This dual role ensures hygiene standards are upheld and assists in the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties

• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dust and clean surfaces, windows, and equipment.
• Dispose of waste and manage recycling as required.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report shortages.
• Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Warehouse Duties

• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Organize and store products in designated areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys).
• Support in maintaining safety and security of warehouse operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of high school certificate.
• Experience: Prior experience in cleaning or warehouse roles preferred.

Skills:

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
