- Develop and implement company-wide learning and development strategies.
- Oversee the design and execution of training programs, workshops, and upskilling initiatives.
- Align learning programs with business objectives to drive organizational growth.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Needs Assessment
- Partner with leaders across departments to assess training needs and align learning initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular learning needs assessments and implement feedback mechanisms.
3. Knowledge & Learning Management
- Implement knowledge management strategies to enhance information sharing and collaboration.
- Oversee content creation, curation, and dissemination to ensure a structured learning approach.
- Utilize stakeholder feedback to improve training effectiveness.
4. Training Delivery & Technology Integration
- Lead LMS (Learning Management System) administration, ensuring seamless operation.
- Introduce innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot learning technology issues.
5. Learning Impact Measurement & Reporting
- Analyze training data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Use tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI to generate insights and optimize learning initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive learning impact reports to leadership.
6. Content Creation & Multimedia Development
- Oversee the development of training materials, presentations, and guides.
- Use graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CorelDraw) to create visually engaging content.
- Utilize video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, CapCut, VivaVideo) to enhance learning materials.
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, or Knowledge Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proven expertise in designing, managing, and delivering training programs.
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, learning technologies, and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or technology sectors is highly preferred.
