Job Summary

  • We’re seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Manage daily café operations, including food preparation and service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the café
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in café or hospitality management
  • Culinary Experience/Training: Culinary training or experience is highly desirable
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., food safety, hospitality management) are an added advantage

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic financial management and inventory control skills
