Job Summary
- We’re seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Manage daily café operations, including food preparation and service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the café
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in café or hospitality management
- Culinary Experience/Training: Culinary training or experience is highly desirable
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., food safety, hospitality management) are an added advantage
