We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager with deep expertise in Real Estate and Business Administration to drive strategic growth across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have 6 + years of experience in the industry, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and a robust network within the real estate, and corporate sectors. The idea candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our market presence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To handle real estate transactions
  • To run and manage a legal office efficiently
  • Soliciting for properties.
  • Canvasing to buy, sell, rent and lease out properties/lands/houses.
  • Consummating transactions including landed properties.
  • General business. 
  • Processing consent transactions.

Experience & Expertise:

  • Experience in Banking & Project Management. 
  • Managing different professionals.
  • Experience in outsourcing.
  • Good in legal processes documentation, negotiation and consummation of business.
  • Ability to search, analyse,  identify , initiate and consummate transactions with high profile clients.
  • Ability to drive – very conversant with Lagos Environment especially Lagos Island stretching to Epe.
  • Fluent in English, Yoruba and proficient in the use of digital products,  Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Project Management Tools.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • LLB, LLM, MBA.
  • Master’s degree is a significant advantage.
  • NIESV Membership also an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 years in a similar position.
