Business Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager with deep expertise in Real Estate and Business Administration to drive strategic growth across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have 6 + years of experience in the industry, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and a robust network within the real estate, and corporate sectors. The idea candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- To handle real estate transactions
- To run and manage a legal office efficiently
- Soliciting for properties.
- Canvasing to buy, sell, rent and lease out properties/lands/houses.
- Consummating transactions including landed properties.
- General business.
- Processing consent transactions.
Experience & Expertise:
- Experience in Banking & Project Management.
- Managing different professionals.
- Experience in outsourcing.
- Good in legal processes documentation, negotiation and consummation of business.
- Ability to search, analyse, identify , initiate and consummate transactions with high profile clients.
- Ability to drive – very conversant with Lagos Environment especially Lagos Island stretching to Epe.
- Fluent in English, Yoruba and proficient in the use of digital products, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Project Management Tools.
Educational & Professional Qualifications
- LLB, LLM, MBA.
- Master’s degree is a significant advantage.
- NIESV Membership also an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years in a similar position.
