Job Summary
- As the Business Development / Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong client relationships.
- You will oversee sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and ensure achievement of sales targets while supporting the clinic’s long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close deals to achieve targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- 4 – 5 years’ proven experience in business development or sales management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
Salary
N650,000 – N900,000 Monthly, plus Commission Based on Target Achievement.
