Business Development Representative
Compensation: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
About the Role
Join Sabi and Vibez as a founding team member! We’re launching Lagos’s premier lifestyle booking app in November and need a dynamic Business Development Representative to secure multiple vendor partnerships during our critical pre-launch phase. You’ll be the face of our company to restaurants, spas, massage centers, and other lifestyle businesses across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect lifestyle businesses across Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikeja, and surrounding areas
- Conduct vendor meetings weekly to present partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, spa managers, and service providers
- Negotiate partnership terms and close pre-launch agreements by October
- Collect vendor information and coordinate onboarding process
- Represent Sabi and Vibez at industry events and business networking sessions
Requirements
- 2-4 years B2B sales experience in Lagos market
- Strong existing network within Lagos hospitality/lifestyle industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive sales targets
- Deep understanding of Lagos business culture and practices
- Experience with mobile technology and apps preferred
