Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and research new business opportunities, potential clients, and leads through various channels like networking, cold calling, and industry events.

Needs Assessment:

  • Meet with potential clients to deeply understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements to determine how the firm’s consulting services can provide solutions.

Solution Presentation:

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that effectively communicate the value and benefits of the firm’s consulting services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both prospective and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

Negotiation & Closing:

  • Skillfully negotiate contract terms and conditions, balancing client needs with the company’s interests to secure mutually beneficial agreements and close deals.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Work with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.

Market & Competitor Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify areas for improvement and new service offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and client services, to ensure a cohesive strategy and seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
