Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business development initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic feedback to management.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing and business development.
- Sales and marketing experience within the financial services industry is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, prospecting, and sales conversion abilities.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
