Business Development Officer
Responsiblilites
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase restaurant revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to create attractive catering packages, special events, and loyalty programs
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Represent the restaurant at networking events and food industry expos
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in hospitality, F&B, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
