Qualifications:

- Strong network and relationship capital with HR professionals.
- A visible, professional social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
- Understanding of the management consulting industry and its services.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented; thrives on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, Presentation and relationship-building/ client-relationship skills
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a result and target-driven environment.
Responsibility:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads, establish strong relationships within the industry
- Maintain and update client database,
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and drive sales
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve business targets
- Identify and pursue leads, converting them into long-term customers
