Business Development Officer
Position Overview:
- We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated business Development Officers to join our growing team.
- You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities across estates, hospitality, corporate, commercial, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Understand client needs and tailor City Eye’s solutions to meet them.
- Collaborate closely with our Operations Lead and Client Support for seamless client onboarding.
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously build knowledge of the security technology market and City Eye’s unique offerings.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles (Security, IT, or Tech sectors preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
