Business Development Manager
About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our marketing team, drive sales growth, and ensure compliance with company targets and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales/business development, and experience in FMCG and/or rental supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate marketers to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement effective business growth strategies.
- Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and reporting standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams for timely service delivery.
- Train and mentor the marketing team for improved performance.
