Business Development Manager
Job Summary
- As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing business relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within your region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of qualified leads to closed deals.
- Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to drive upsell and renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; proficiency in CRM tools.
Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
